Order and download help
FORGE digital files are sent manually after purchase. They are not instant automatic downloads. An order confirmation confirms your purchase; it does not mean your files have been sent.
If you are waiting for files or a link does not work, tell us the product name and what happened. For technical problems, include your device, browser or software and the step that failed. We can check the order and, where appropriate, resend or restore access to the purchased files.
