1. ABOUT FORGE
FORGE supplies downloadable digital products, templates, workbooks, guides and related digital materials.
The description, price, contents, compatibility requirements and other important information for each product are shown on its product page before purchase.
2. ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the product shown in your order.
A contract is formed when your order is accepted and confirmed.
Please check your order and email address carefully before completing checkout.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, technical failure or legal restriction.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The total amount payable will be shown before you place your order.
Payments are processed using the payment methods available through Shopify checkout.
FORGE does not directly store your full payment-card details.
4. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are supplied electronically.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, no physical item will be sent and no shipping charge applies.
After successful payment, access to the purchased files will normally be provided through Shopify's order confirmation, Thank You or Order Status page and/or associated email.
You are responsible for supplying an accurate email address.
5. IMMEDIATE SUPPLY AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
UK consumers normally have cancellation rights when purchasing online.
For digital content supplied immediately, we will ask you before checkout to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that once supply begins you will lose your 14-day cancellation right.
Where you provide that consent and acknowledgement and supply begins, the cancellation right ends when supply begins.
If the legally required consent or acknowledgement has not been obtained, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
See our Return and Refund Policy for further information.
6. DIGITAL CONTENT STANDARDS
Digital content supplied by FORGE must comply with applicable UK consumer law.
If digital content is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed because of a problem for which we are responsible, contact us.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, restoration of access, a price reduction or refund.
7. SOFTWARE AND COMPATIBILITY
Some FORGE products require particular software.
Any important compatibility or software requirements will be stated on the relevant product page.
For example, a spreadsheet product may require a modern desktop version of Microsoft Excel for its intended functionality.
It is your responsibility to check clearly stated compatibility requirements before purchasing.
This does not affect your rights where the product was inaccurately described.
8. LICENCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, purchasing a FORGE digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the supplied files for their intended purpose.
Copyright and ownership of the original product are not transferred to you.
You must not resell, redistribute, upload, share or commercially reproduce FORGE digital products unless the product licence expressly permits it.
You may make reasonable backup copies for your own permitted use.
Third-party trademarks, product names and services remain the property of their respective owners.
9. INFORMATION AND PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
FORGE products are practical tools and informational resources.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not professional legal, accounting, tax, financial, debt or insolvency advice.
You remain responsible for decisions you make using the information or tools supplied.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
10. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those protections, FORGE is responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
If you experience a problem with an order or digital download, contact:
cameronstephen198181@gmail.com
Please include your Shopify order number where possible.
Do not send payment-card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
12. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy displayed on this store.
Shopify and other service providers may process information where necessary to operate the store, process payments and deliver orders.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The Terms that apply to a purchase are those made available to you when that purchase is made, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory rights you have under the law applicable to you or prevent you from using any court available to you under applicable law.
15. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights.
