Products and orders
We sell physical clothing and separately identified digital downloads. Each product description states what is included and any relevant compatibility, sizing or delivery information. Check these details and your order before paying.
An order is an offer to buy the listed products. We confirm acceptance to you. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain and refund any payment due back to you. We do not replace an agreed order with different goods or content without your agreement.
Prices and the currency, applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed before payment. Shopify checkout processes payment; do not send payment-card details through our contact form or email.
Delivery, cancellation and faults
Physical goods and digital files have different delivery arrangements, described in our Shipping and digital delivery policy. Our Returns policy explains cancellation and fault remedies.
We do not treat a download as removing statutory cancellation rights unless the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation were obtained. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
Digital-product licence
Unless a product states a different licence, you may use the purchased tool or document for your own personal or internal business work and keep reasonable backup copies. You may use outputs generated from your own material in your business. Buying a tool does not transfer copyright in the tool itself. Do not resell, share or redistribute the supplied tool or template as a product without permission. You remain responsible for rights in material you supply to it. Statutory permissions and rights are unaffected.
The Product Photo Copy & Naming Kit creates renamed copies and a restoration map. It does not edit store listings, convert images, remove metadata or guarantee search rankings. Its stated limits and compatibility are part of its product description.
Responsibility and support
We are responsible for supplying products that meet the contract and applicable consumer law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us promptly about problems so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Personal information is handled as described in the store’s Privacy policy. Changes to these terms do not remove rights arising from an existing purchase. These terms are governed by Scots law without removing mandatory consumer protections or access to courts available to you by law.
