Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Last updated: 5 September 2026

This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from FORGE.

FORGE is a trading name used by Stephen Cameron, sole trader.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

FORGE currently sells downloadable digital products. These products are supplied electronically and are not physical goods that can be returned by post.

Before purchasing, please check the product description, included files, compatibility requirements and any software requirements shown on the product page.

CANCELLATION AND IMMEDIATE DIGITAL DELIVERY

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts.

Where you ask us to supply digital content immediately, before that cancellation period has expired, we will ask you to:

• expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and
• acknowledge that once supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your 14-day right to cancel.

If you provide that consent and acknowledgement and the digital content is then supplied, the statutory cancellation right ends once supply begins.

If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

CHANGE OF MIND

Once digital content has been supplied following the required express consent and acknowledgement described above, we do not normally provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind, no longer need the product, or purchased it by mistake.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

FAULTY, MISDESCRIBED OR INACCESSIBLE DIGITAL CONTENT

Digital content must meet the requirements imposed by UK consumer law, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose made known to us, and as described.

If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, corrupted, or cannot be accessed because of a problem for which we are responsible, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include:

• restoring access to the download;
• supplying a corrected or replacement file;
• repairing or replacing the digital content;
• a price reduction; or
• a refund where required by law.

We may ask for reasonable information needed to investigate the problem, such as your Shopify order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a description or screenshot of the issue.

DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

If you have paid successfully but cannot access your files, please first check your order confirmation and download email.

If the download link is missing, does not work, or the supplied file is damaged, contact us and we will investigate and restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, it will normally be made to the original payment method.

The time taken for the funds to appear after a refund is processed can depend on the payment provider or bank.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or attempts to remove rights that customers have under applicable consumer law.
