DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

FORGE currently sells digital products supplied electronically.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

No physical item is shipped for products identified as digital downloads.

Digital-only orders do not incur a physical shipping charge.

DELIVERY

After successful payment, your purchased files will normally be made available through Shopify's Thank You or Order Status page and/or through an email associated with your order.

Some orders may require a short period for payment verification or technical processing.

DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

If your download is missing or does not work:

1. Check the Thank You or Order Status page for your order.
2. Check the email address used at checkout, including its spam or junk folder.
3. Contact us if access is still unavailable.

Please provide your Shopify order number and the email address used to place the order.

Do not send payment-card information or passwords.

If a delivery problem is caused by us, we will investigate and restore access, provide replacement files or provide another remedy where appropriate.

EMAIL ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for checking that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us as soon as possible.

DIGITAL CONTENT RIGHTS

This Delivery Policy does not limit your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied.
