Scope: No online sign-up, messages, calendar integration or automatic sharing. Conflicts only detect an identical date and kick-off, not overlapping durations or travel. Availability, suitability and volunteer agreement must be checked separately. Insufficient volunteers leave duties unassigned. Renaming or removing volunteers clears affected assignments; renamed duties start blank. Backup import replaces records and accepts only this tool’s valid JSON under 2 MB. Download each PNG page separately; CSV contains the full rota.
